We repair and service Kent purifiers across west Pune — Grand, Grand Plus, Supreme, Pearl, Prime, Elegant and the older Excell range. Our own technicians come, parts are charged at our listed prices, and you pay only after the purifier is working.

What usually goes wrong on a Kent.
The jobs we are called out for most often.
- Filter and membrane change once the water slows down or starts tasting flat
- UV lamp replacement — the lamp stops working long before the unit does
- Pump and SMPS faults, which is what most 'no water' complaints turn out to be
- Leaks from the tubing, the elbow fittings or the tank connection
Oasis Globe is an independent service company. We are not an authorised Kent service centre and we are not connected to Kent. If your purifier is still under the manufacturer's warranty, use their service — it will cost you nothing. We are for units out of warranty, or when you want someone who turns up.

If the purifier needs repair again within 10 days of our visit, we come back with no service charge.
