Oasis Globe is an independent service company. We are not an authorised Livpure service centre and we are not connected to Livpure. If your purifier is still under the manufacturer's warranty, use their service — it will cost you nothing. We are for units out of warranty, or when you want someone who turns up.

Free revisit within 10 days
If the purifier needs repair again within 10 days of our visit, we come back with no service charge.
Warranty written on the bill
Every bill says what is covered and for how long. Nothing is left to a verbal promise.
Our own technicians, no freelancers
Trained in-house staff. Their focus is how well your purifier cleans the water, not how many parts they can replace.
