Purifier problems
Purifier is not switching on
No light, no sound, nothing happens when the purifier is plugged in.
What it usually turns out to be.
In roughly the order we find them.
- The SMPS or adaptor that powers the purifier has failed. This is the usual cause.
- The plug, socket or the wire to the purifier is loose or burnt.
- There is no water coming in, so the low-pressure switch is keeping the purifier off. This is the purifier protecting itself, not a fault.
- The float switch is stuck in the tank-full position, so the purifier thinks it has nothing to do.
- On models with a display, the control board has failed.
What we
actually do.
First check that the socket works and that the inlet tap is open. If it still does not start, the technician tests the power supply and the switches and replaces only the part that has failed.
Parts, if any are needed, are charged at the prices on our spare-parts list — and the technician tells you the amount before fitting anything.
Our promise
Pay after the work is done
No money before. You pay only when the purifier is working and you have seen it yourself.
Free revisit within 10 days
If the same problem comes back within 10 days, we come again with no visit charge. You pay only if a new part is needed.
Warranty written on the bill
Your bill says what is covered and for how many days. Company parts also have the company warranty.
Our own technicians, no outside men
Our own trained men come to your home. Their work is to make your water clean, not to sell you parts.
