Purifier is leaking water
Water on the platform, under the sink or dripping down the wall.
What it usually turns out to be.
In roughly the order we find them.
- A push-fit tube has come loose from its elbow, or the elbow's O-ring has hardened.
- The tank connection or the dispensing tap is leaking.
- A filter housing has not sealed — often after a badly done service elsewhere.
- The membrane housing cap is leaking.
What we
actually do.
The technician pressure-checks every joint, replaces the fitting or O-ring that has gone, and runs the unit to confirm it is dry before leaving.
Parts, if any are needed, are charged at the prices on our spare-parts list — and the technician tells you the amount before fitting anything.

No advance. You pay once the purifier is working and you have seen it.
Free revisit within 10 days
If the purifier needs repair again within 10 days of our visit, we come back with no service charge.
Warranty written on the bill
Every bill says what is covered and for how long. Nothing is left to a verbal promise.
Our own technicians, no freelancers
Trained in-house staff. Their focus is how well your purifier cleans the water, not how many parts they can replace.
