Purifier is making a loud noise
A loud humming, knocking or rattling sound when the purifier runs.
What it usually turns out to be.
In roughly the order we find them.
- The pump is worn — pumps get louder as they age, and noise is usually the first warning.
- Air is trapped in the line, often after a filter change.
- The unit is not sitting flat, or is vibrating against the wall or cabinet.
- A choked filter is making the pump work harder than it should.
What we
actually do.
The technician listens to the unit running, finds whether it is the pump or a mounting, and fixes that. A noisy pump does not always need replacing.
Parts, if any are needed, are charged at the prices on our spare-parts list — and the technician tells you the amount before fitting anything.

Free revisit within 10 days
If the purifier needs repair again within 10 days of our visit, we come back with no service charge.

Every bill says what is covered and for how long. Nothing is left to a verbal promise.

Trained in-house staff. Their focus is how well your purifier cleans the water, not how many parts they can replace.
